Negin Abdulmaleki, a 21-year-old biomedical engineering student from Qorveh, was tragically killed on October 12, 2022. She was studying at Hamedan University of Technology at the time of her death. Negin was in Hamedan when she participated in the nationwide protests. She sustained fatal injuries from severe baton blows to her head and skull.
